For mobile esignature, SIM cards must be “128K”; generally, dealers provide “64K” SIM cards unless specifically requested. 128K SIM cards are also very difficult to find; you need to visit large Turkcell dealers (TIM), and corporate customer representatives cannot provide them.

The SIM card change fee is 180 TL at Turkcell, Vodafone, and TürkTelekom. After the SIM card change and individual application for mobile e-signature, the e-signature is activated within 48 hours.

There is an annual fee for mobile signature:

Turkcell: 330 TL (27.5 TL x 12 months)

Vodafone: 300 TL (25 TL x 12 months)

TürkTelekom: 720 TL (60 TL x 12 months)
